Login to your account. Click on the profile icon in the right hand corner of your screen. Click “Change Password.” Enter your current and new password. Click “Save” and your password will be updated.
Go to the sign in page of FlashlightNOW. Click “Forgot Password?” Enter your email address. You will receive a link to reset your password in your email inbox if you have a FlashlightNOW account. Follow that link to finish resetting your password. *Check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

FlashlightNOW will provide information and data necessary to assist law enforcement whenever presented with valid legal process. We have a dedicated team to ready to review and promptly respond to legal requests from law enforcement agencies. If you decide to remove your account, send us an email at hello@flashlightnow.com. In your email, please: Name yourself, your position, and the authority you have within the organization, institution, or company that empowers you to alter the status of account(s). Clearly tell which account(s) you want removed. Because deletion is permanent, we will need to confirm your identity and intentions prior to full deletion. Once we have processed your request, we will permanently remove your personal, organizations, and/or company information. Limited information, as described in the Privacy Policy (Link), will be kept when legally required or allowed. Once your account is removed, we will be unable to recover any data.
